A Few More Pics....

Here are some pictures of my babies holding their new baby cousins. As you can imagine, both of them loved holding Mason & Madison. Good thing they don't know Jakey yet - otherwise they might have been a little freaked out!!! :-) I love my boy, but he is all boy. But actually, Jake did really good with them - giving loves and being so gentle. They are a week old tomorrow. Amanda, Chris & the twins went home on Sunday and are settling into their new routine at home - if there is a routine to be had, as most of you know. Things are going well, but it's the usual newborn deal - only a few hours of sleep at night with lots of nursing, pumping, burping, diaper changes, delirious moments in & out of bed and, of course, loves & cuddles inbetween...................
MULTIPLIED TIMES TWO!!!!!!!!!!

Jake holding Maddy for the first time. He loved it.

And the next day with Mason - he kept asking him, "Hey Mason - Do you want to come watch Lightening McQueen with me?" Mason hasn't decided yet - he's been kinda busy.

"She's reaching out for me!!!" Emma said.

Emma's first time holding Mason. They were such squeeky little babies in the hospital and Emma was so quick to kiss their head and say "shhh shhh shhh" to soothe them when they would make noices or start to squirm.

What a blessing. God is so good.

Oh, my word, these pictures are so SWEET. Children holding babies are so darling ... especially when everyone is cute to begin with (no bias here, of course). Is the picture at the bottom Amanda holding the twins? It's DARLING. And I loved the "Want to watch Lightening McQueen with me?" 4-year-old Steven was SO disappointed when his cousin (on Scott's side) showed up for first viewing (at 3 months) and made absolutely no response to "Hi, Ethan! You wanna play twains with me?" Love, krissi
