FORE!!!!!

I'm late once again in posting our "goings on", but finally got a little time this morning to post our pictures from the driving range during our beach trip over spring break. We got a big house at Bella Beach for the latter half of spring break and got to enjoy it with Mom, Larry, Nana, Amanda & Chris as well as cousins Maddie, Mason, Chase & Catherine. Does anyone else have two sets of twins for cousins? Random thought.....moving on.

Soooo, we had a wonderful trip. The weather was good (most of the time) and we had some good play time on the beach, flew kites, went for walks, played at the park, cuddled with (and tried to soothe) babies, warmed in the hot tub and the best part of all....got to spend time together. On the 2nd day at the coast, Boppa, Michael, Chris, myself and all the kids went out to the driving range to wack it up a little. Emma & Jake were excited to have a 2nd run with their new clubs. Us adults had a good time watching the kids and then a little later getting to indulge in a putting competition (oh...I miss being at the golf course....). Anyway, it was a fun time!

Got our gear and ready to go!

We all chuckled to each other how cute they looked with those little bags on their backs.....they looked like little mini golfers.....I'm still smilin' about it.

Getting in position.......

.......keeping your eye on the ball.....

........and following through.

Ahh....nothing like admiring a good shot.

Mikey teaching Emma how to hold the club. She had the patience to hit about two balls and then she was done. She was however quite diligent about making sure Chase, Catherine, Boppa, Jake & Uncle Topher had enough balls in their holder.

After our time on the range, they both found this cool tree next to the practice green that they wanted to climb, so up them went. (Nevermind that we left them up there for a few minutes while we played a mini putting challenge with Chris & Larry).

Checking out the cool pond......

Fun trip to the driving range......we'll do it again soon.
